1. Description
Naringin dihydrochalcone (Naringin DC or NADC for short) is a novel sweetener derived from naringin, a bioflavonoid naturally found in citrus. NADC is 500-700 times sweeter than sucrose. Due to its many advantages like high sweet taste, low caloric, innocuity and safety, NADC can be used in areas like food, medicine and health-are products.
